In March of 2008 Tillers International is participating in a Peace Building and Rural Development project called the Cross-border Animal Traction Project for Peace (CAPP). This will be one among many projects that we hope to undertake in northern Uganda in the next year. If you would like to make a contribution to help finance the CAPP project or others by directly purchasing supplies or services, then please follow this link:

You can be a critical partner in the growth
of Tillers' educational work. Donations complement program
revenues in speeding Tillers' help to poor farmers and rural
communities. You can direct gifts for overseas training, for
rural history, for facility development, or for endowment
funds. Tillers International is recognized by the US-IRS as
a tax-deductible educational charity.

| Volunteer |
| With their broad array of skills, volunteers bring a friendly energy to Tillers. They make it possible to offer new classes, to care for animals, to expand facilities, to get out the mail. Use the Response Form to request the Nigh Ox, a newsletter for volunteers, and learn about opportunities such as researching a technical or historical question, serving lunch for a class, or perhaps, joining an overseas trip to teach or photograph development in action! Work at Tillers is deeply rewarding. By becoming a sponsoring member, you will keep in touch with these opportunities. |
