Tillers' museum collections are instrumental to our international rural development mission. The historic farm tools and implements in our collections serve as models of innovation. The technologies produced by American farmers over the last two centuries demonstrate potential solutions to issues facing international farmers. Tillers' staff, volunteers, and interns study these implements and re-design them to meet local needs, manufacturing capabilities, and available materials for international projects.
