One of the world’s oldest fermented beverages, beer was first made at home. Learn the fundamentals of brewing your own beer. Brewing one’s own beer is an enjoyable pasttime. Using four main ingredients water, malt, hops and yeast, we will take you from start to finish in the method of creating your own beer.
This class will cover both the brewing and packaging of the beer after fermentation. Information will be provided on recipe development, brewing techniques simplified, and ingredient choices.
