A unique opportunity to put skills in ox and horse handling to work. In the last days of spring, we immerse you in a wide variety of field workâthe last tillage and plantings, the first cutting of hay, and cultivating out early weeds. Part of each day is spent learning skills and the rest in field practice. Coaches help you hone field skills and draft animal handling. Assignments depend on skill, but we entrust you with real farm work. Activities flex with the weather.
