This introductory course in keeping a home dairy will touch on animal choice (goat, cow, or sheep) and management, milk and milk products production, rules and regulations to consider, as well as personal stories to help you choose the right dairying set up for you. This class will provide a solid foundation for students seeking to provide fresh, healthy milk for their families with either a goat or a cow.
