Herbs are a traditional source of nutrition and medicine. Join us for an herb walk to learn to identify and responsibly forage native seasonal plants with an emphasis on those that foster immunity and vitality, followed by a workshop on preparing herbs for use in teas, tinctures, infusions, and salves.

We will also be talking about different items relating to the season the class is in. Please look below at specific topic for each class
